Overview: 

The Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a modular terminal air - supply device with its own power and filtration function. The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU and filters it through a HEPA filter. The filtered clean air is evenly discharged from the entire air - outlet surface at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 20%. It is widely used in industries such as semiconductors, liquid crystal manufacturing, electronics, and biopharmaceuticals.
