I. Scope of use

For the smoke, a small amount of dust, odor, and toxic and harmful gases generated by laser marking, engraving, cutting, and coding, simple purification and filtration.

II. Appearance and structure

*The appearance is simple and generous, stable and elegant. The body is layered, with a metal frame structure and high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spraying process, which is durable.

*Modular design, layer-by-layer protection. Primary, medium and high efficiency can be replaced separately, the filter element has a longer service life and lower cost. 

*Equipped with a special universal caster with brakes to facilitate the random movement and positioning of the equipment. 

*This structure has no power system and is used with a Medium pressure centrifugal blower(also for sale, suggest with 550W) 

*The product is small in size and does not require installation, which is conducive to a neat and beautiful workspace and easy to move. 

*Equipped with one air inlet and one air outlet, it is convenient for the installation of the air duct.

Internal structure of the filter:

1--The first layer is a medium-efficiency bag filter (aluminum alloy outer frame, high-quality chemical fiber filter material, 4 bags; filtration efficiency is F7 (colorimetric efficiency 85%).)

2--The second layer is granular activated carbon (cylindrical)

3--The third layer is an activated carbon filter (paper outer frame, honeycomb activated carbon particles.)

4--The fourth layer is filter cotton (20mm thick white primary effect fluffy cotton, filtration efficiency is G2.)

5--The fifth layer is a partition-free high-efficiency filter (aluminum alloy outer frame, glass fiber filter material, filtration efficiency H13 (corresponding to the high efficiency of the traditional 0.3μm particle sodium flame method), double-sided sealing strips, double-sided protective nets.)

*** For your health and rights, the smoke filter is not an exhaust fan, but intercepts and collects smoke and harmful gases through a "filter element". Therefore, the filter element will be saturated, which is what we commonly call "blockage".

Therefore, timely and accurate replacement of the filter element is the key to effectively purifying smoke, thereby minimizing the harm of smoke to humans and the environment.
